The Shaffer Dough Chunker should be an integral part of your dough mixing system. Quality workmanship and patented improvements continue the excellence found in all Shaffer food and bakery equipment. The Shaffer Dough Chunker is all stainless steel construction with capacities of 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000 pounds. The transfer system consists of neoprene food grade belt (removable for cleaning), stainless roller bearings, and a clean-out bottom tray. Hopper fitted with safety cord. 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz is standard. Powered by a constant torque variable speed drive, the Chunker is a self contained system.
