Shaffer Twin Screw Dough Pumps – Unit includes a 1,200 to 3,100 pound capacity stainless steel dough hopper, screw blocking device, UHMW Augers, single speed inverter duty motor with adjustable frequency drive, automatic/manual selector switch, E Stop, pilot light, NEMA 4x pump mounted electrical enclosure with power cord.  Complete with sanitary casters.  480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz is standard.
