Shaffer High Speed Horizontal Mixer
This mixer is ideal for bagels, buns, bread, English muffins, pizza crust, rolls, pretzels, yeast raised donuts, laminated biscuits and tortilla shells.
Shaffer’s innovative bowl and agitator design combine to produce shorter mix times, colder doughs and faster dough development.
Shaffer Manufacturing’s unique SuperBowl™ design bowl - features shorter mix time, more surface area for better bowl and dough temperature control and better cooling, as well as minimum pressure drop through the jacket – suitable for water, glycol or freon cooling.
The optional hydraulic bowl OVERTILT feature discharges doughs outside the mixer framework into standard height troughs. This feature requires less labor for dough discharge in manual operations and shorter mix cycles in automatic dough transfer systems.
