The Shaffer Lab Mixer is perfect for testing and developing new products. The bowl holds between 50-100 pounds of dough. Given the flexibility of different agitator models you can order any agitator configuration. This sanitary open frame design bakery mixer makes for quick clean-ups and easy sanitation.

- Electrical system Nema 12 for operation on 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz, with 115 volt control circuit, plug-in digital timer; circuit breaker is furnished in starter panel
- All wiring is in water-tight conduit
- Agitator shaft seals are easy to remove and clean
- Face type effective rear seal
- Wedge type stainless/high density polyethylene side bowl seals
- Mixer is suitable for hose stream washdown
- Mixer shipped complete and ready for hook-up
